Daniel Abobama and Boma Williams who were arrested alongside detained activist Deji Adeyanju has been released from Keffi Prison in Nasarawa state during the early hours of today.
This is according to, Ariyo Dare an associate to Mr Deji who shared photos of Abobama and Boma believed to be returning from the prison.
Ariyo didn’t state the grounds on which Boma and Daniel were released. Meanwhile, Deji Adeyanju could serve ten-years imprisonment for criticism of the Federal Government and top functionaries.
Sources confirmed Adeyanju is likely to be arrested and taken before a Federal High Court for allegedly contradicting aspects of The Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, Etc) Act, 2015.
Deji Adeyanju and his associates were accused of criminal defamatory comments and utterances capable of inciting public disturbance, threat to public security and safety, criminal defamatory and derogatory conduct against constituent authority and breach of law and order. The case is adjourned to 21st January, 2019 for hearing according to Jimoh Moshood, Police Spokesperson.

Nigerians are keen towards the release of Deji Adeyanju describing his arrest as an infringement on democracy and abuse of power.
