Mr. Adeyemi said the policeman murdered the transport driver at a checkpoint.

A witness had however told the News Agency of Nigeria at the scene that the driver was going from Ikara in close-by Ondo State.

“When the driver was hit by the bullet, he lost control of the bus and it somersaulted while the passengers sustained various degrees of injury,” the witness said.

If the bus was not moving how did the driver loose control?. The arrested policeman Ayodele went after the driver cause he did not give him N50 bribe.
So is the police representative lying by saying the driver was shot at the checkpoint ?
